How might we design a platform with 100+ variables and revamp an old command-driven application specific to Load Planners at United? Introducing the Weight & Balance System.

I led a team of three, managing information architecture, workflows, and establishing a design system. Collaborating with five stakeholders, I emphasized scalability, iterative design, and quick decision-making before flights.

Strategy for Amazon's Warehouse Management.

Amazon Robotics, located in Boston, Massachusetts, is a robotics segment under the Amazon umbrella that manufactures and supplies robotics technology and software for Amazon warehouses.

I worked closely with the data analyst and developers on my team to streamline the data management platform through reporting and tracking workflows.

PSR PLATFORM DESIGN

Reimagined the reporting platform and designed a step-by-step form. I was the only designer on a team of 5 developers and a project manager.

Mangement system for world's largest retailer of diamond jewellery.

Signet is a publicly-traded company and operates approximately 2,700 stores primarily under several sub-brands.

I led a team of 2 designers, managed the SKU (stock-keeping unit) system, developed comprehensive dashboards, and created complex table views to streamline inventory management. My efforts were recognized with customer appreciation from clients based in the US.

Interface for Real Time Location System.

Real Time Location System is an internal management tool that was poweres by software developed by Infosys. It will provide indoor and outdoor location coordinates of assets in real time along with other capabilities like movement status, search by asset class and status, alerts and reporting capabilities.

I worked closely with the product mangement team at Infosys to innovate an platform to track real time map inventory. I built interactive mapping system and a dynamic dashboard.

DATA DESIGN

The key challenge here was to understand data visualization and how to showcase the same information in various mediums like a table and a map.
